Two months ago, on December 26th we had the baby shower celebration for the oncoming guest expected around last week of March, baby of Chitra and Rajeesh.
Feb 7th, Chitra complained about uneasiness and the doctor advised for a check up.
While relaxing in the hospital
Chitra experienced a shiver resulting in an emergency when she was rushed into ICU.
The doctor came out and said they have to act immediately and have to operate the baby out.
A team of specialists and other members got together and after 4 hours of anxiety, fluctuating between hopes and despair, came out of the OT, relieved with a thumbs up, both mother and child safe. Chitra and Rajeesh are no less than our own children.
Mother and child spent 7 days in different ICUs, before they met.
All is well that ends well, mother and baby are home, it has been an event full month. A special thanks to the doctors lead by Dr Shivani and the support staff for their stupenduous effort in saving the mother and child.

My next post next week on a different subject
Oh my gosh, what a harrowing experience
Love the joyful ending, or should I say beginning . . . that babe is gonna be spoiled rotten, lol.
Kudos to entire medical team & extended family support.
Sending Warmest Wishes your way:)
