“Hi, how are you feeling”, I asked
“Feeeeling, what’s that, I am fine, what makes you think I am sick” was the response.
“Sorry, you did not understand, I have changed my greetings from how are you to how are you feeling”
“ What is the difference ?”
“Well, have you ever thought, every moment of our life is about feeling, every action results in some sort of feeling, haven’t you seen tags in the profile – feeling lonely, feeling sick, feeling angry, feeling sad, feeling happy , feeling ditched, feeling cheated, feeling hurt, feeling bored, feeling peaceful and feelng whatelse”
“We are doing everything to feel something”.
Our natural state of being is joy, love, ecstasy, freedom, and gratitude. We don’t feel that way all the time, why ? They are the thoughtless state. When, we start thinking, feelings creep in. We go out in search of peace and other natural state, when it is here and now. One way to reduce your thinking is to sit quietly observe your breath, going in and out.

Any body reading this, can you please tell me, what else from feeling , we end up with our action ?
Sometimes the feelings are mixed, like I was feeling today, feeling of anticipation, fearful joy and melancholic… all at the same time
